I was nominated to do this challenge by Mark Stokes and was happy to step up to help raise awareness for this worthy cause. ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, is a noncontagious, degenerative disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. A chronic disorder, it causes a loss of control of voluntary muscles, also affecting the nerves that control speech, swallowing, and limb movements. A cure has not yet been found. You can find out more at the ALS website.
I created this in memory of my late grandpa, Ralph Crawford, who was a victim of this disease.
This is spectacular, Tim! You look nice in those old-timer bathing trunks! I never realized that Vinnie was taller than you. Sunny is the ice-ing on the cake! Love it, and thanks for accepting the challenge!
Thanks, Mark! I fall at about 5′ 11″, I always thought Vinnie would be a little taller than that. I always wanted to find a way to get attacked by Sunny, thanks for the opportunity to find a way! 🙂
Love the trunks!
Haha! I had to go there! 🙂
Teenagers sure do sprout, don’t they!
Icy cool tribute, Tim!
Thanks, Joseph!
Yes Tim, you created a monster. Several actually! 😉
Great strip, and very clever! 😀
Thanks, Bill!
Really, REALLY good, Tim! Great tribute to your grandfather!
Thanks, Chris!
